February 2010 marked Ms. Miranda Miller-Durham's entry into the LESCO team, where she focused on business development and marketing. Her dedication led to her promotion to Chief Operating Officer in September 2014, a role she continues to excel in, overseeing day-to-day operations.

Ms. Miller-Durham boasts an impressive educational background, holding a bachelor's in education from The University of South Florida, as well as Masters degrees in both Leadership and Business Administration. She is also a distinguished graduate of the Leadership Huntsville/Madison County Leadership 27 program. Her commitment extends to the community, where she actively participates in various programs and associations.

Mr. Miller holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, along with master's and doctorate coursework in Aerospace Engineering. An experienced entrepreneur, he is actively involved in the local business community.

Mr. Miller is the founder of Miltec, a Huntsville-based aerospace engineering company specializing in DoD contracts. Under his leadership, Miltec achieved an impressive $50 million in revenue.
